Such username and password(s) is required to be entered by the customer to authenticate the identity of the user while placing orders/reviewing positions/modifying trades/etc. Such password(s) are located in encrypted form on highly secure database. Moreover, these password(s) are available only with the user who can change the same at regular time intervals to ensure further security. Any transaction done through this secure password(s) shall be deemed to be usage and operation done personally by the user and in physically and mentally stable state notwithstanding any loss, theft, hacking, etc. of the password(s); and the Company shall not be required to check the identity of the person(s) operating the account at any point of time or the mental or physical stability of the user.
Identity Protection
The user understands, agrees and assumes fully responsibility for safeguarding and safekeeping of the password(s). The Company will not be liable for any misuse and/or unauthorized use of password(s). The Company does not request/require password(s) of its customers for any reason or under any condition. If the customer receives such a request from any person (either through email, physical mail, phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, Mobile call or any other form of communication) for revealing password(s), the customer should never divulge the password(s) and should inform the Company immediately regarding the same. Furthermore, if the customer believes that the password(s) is compromised then the customer should immediately inform the Company regarding the same through an email to info@tecxlabs.com.
Promotions / Offers / Schemes / Contests
Please note that in case of special offers, promotions or schemes additional terms and conditions of these offers, promotions, schemes or contests will be applicable in addition to these terms and conditions. You might have to adhere to the payment schedule prescribed under such offers, promotions, schemes or contests in order to be eligible to avail benefits under such offers, promotions, schemes or contests. If you fail to make the payment by the due date and/or do not comply with all the terms and conditions of the offer, promotion, scheme or contest you would not be entitled to receive the benefit under such offer, promotion, scheme or contest. The Promotions / Offers / Schemes / Contests can also be discounted at any time without giving any specific notice. Moreover, it is understood that the Company has its clients for across different geographies and certain promotions, products, offers, schemes, contests, may not be applicable to the user based in a particular geography. The Company reserves the right to determine the availability and eligibility for any product, service, promotion, offer, scheme, contest.
Cancellation / Termination
Given the present pandemic situation, many of our staff members are working from home. Hence, presently, account opening may take upto 72 hours (if done manually) after receipt of duly filled and signed account opening form along with all necessary supporting documents. However, if the account is opened through our online portal, the account opening would take a maximum of 24 hours (if there are no queries from the KYC team and if all the pages are properly filled with clear & correct document upload). For account closure, client has to ensure that all outstanding dues are fully paid. Thereafter, you may place the closure request which may take up to 72 hours for processing.
If you wish to cancel an account that you have opened with us, then, please send your cancellation request to our CRM team within 12 hours of the submission of your application with us. On receipt of the cancellation request, the account opening shall not be proceeded with.
Refund Policy
For a refund, please place a refund request with the CRM team within seven days of making the payment, along with the payments details like the Card / Bank Account Number, Transaction Number, etc. Refund shall be provided only for any excess payment of account opening charges made to us during your application process for online account opening after confirmation from the banking partner with respect to receipt of such payment from you. No refund of account opening charges shall be made once the account is opened with us. Once your account is opened any payments made thereafter will be credited towards your account and there shall be no refunds. To withdraw any amount from such account you may place withdrawal request through our mobile trading app through the dealer/ client .exe terminal. If you have opened your account through our Authorized Partner, you need to request your Authorized Partner to place the request on your behalf.
